That is WAY over the top.

I’m furious with the president for supporting this bill. Many of us are.

But you know what? Reading statements like yours are infuriating as well.

Good, I am glad you agree, there is no defense for comparing Bush to Hitler.

Please show me where I did anything but use another example of blind following. Stop trying to make a mountain from a grain of sand. If you cannot understand what was said, you should stay out of the argument.

“You are also a liar. You are trying to start another incident.”

I’m just defending my president champ, the one I voted for. I don’t turn my back on my leader just because it is popular.

Stultis said you mentioned Hitler, he did not say as Porterville is saying, that Bush was called Hitler.

I do believe it is okay to mention the mindset of blind followers to the mindset of those that followed Hitler.

There was never any mention of Bush BEING Hitler.

Porterville, after calling everyone else an idiot, misread the post.

Yeah, well I didn’t even mention the president, “champ”!

I would never agree with you on much. Bush was not compared to Hitler. You owe TommyDale an apology.

Excuse me? Where did I say that? I said that the Germans thought Hitler was a great leader. Stop trying to start something, okay?

Oh, Please. Don't play coy. I laid out the sequence just above in #94. You responded directly, in the very next message, to indylindy's comment about "Idiots blindly follow[ing a leader]," we all KNOW you knew that indylindy was referring to Bush with this comment, and you offered the German people's support for Hitler as a comparable example.

No, you didn't say "Bush is Hitler" but you did offer Hitler -- or more specifically domestic support for him as a leader -- as a comparable case to Bush.

Stultis said to me, “Ah. So now we have freepers comparing Bush to Hitler.” in Post #74.

Are some quotes missing?

TommyDale did NOT call Bush Hitler. He was making a comparison of people who follow without ever questioning the actions of their leader. Reread the posts.

Hitler was mentioned in that context only.

>>>Changed the tone in the White House, restoring HONOR and DIGNITY to the presidency. <<<

Hold your horses.

1. Bush signed so-called “Campaign Finance Reform”, after promising he would not. You call that honorable?

2. Bush refused to contradict the many lies and deceits of the Marxists on the left. There is nothing honorable in allowing the Left to get away with their lies.

3. Bush embraced Bill Clinton and Ted Kennedy, two people who have done great harm to our nation and our culture. You call that honorable?

4. Bush refused to replace Clinton appointees in key positions, such as U.S. Attorneys, when everyone knew that they were all leftwing political hacks with an agenda to destroy our culture. Was Bush dumb, or just dishonorable.

5. Bush failed to support loyal White House staff, such as Mike Brown and Scooter Libby. Instead he threw them to the wolves. You call that honorable?

6. You wrote, “[Bush] signed the No Child Left Behind Act, delivering the most dramatic education reforms in a generation (challenging the soft bigotry of low expectations).”

In reality, that action by Bush amounts to central government control of education, one of the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto. You call that honorable? If he was conservative he would have abolished the so-called Department of Education.

7. You wrote, “Bush Killed the Kyoto Global Warming Treaty.”

No he didn’t. Congress killed it with a 97-0 vote. Bush did speak out against it at one time, but lately he has been sounding more like Al Gore Light. You call that honorable?

8. You wrote, “Under President Bush’s leadership, America has made an unprecedented commitment to homeland security.”

Huh? Bush’s refusal to enforce the laws on the books (which he took an oath to enforce) has left our borders wide open and our nation vunerable to attack by small terrorist cells. Bush not only supports amnesty for illegal aliens, but he slanders those who oppose him by labeling them as “Racist”! You call that honorable? Never forget that “Open Borders” is Marxist ideology. Also, under Bush’s watch the so-called Homeland Security Department is actually giving grants (our tax dollars) to Mosques to beef-up their security, according to a WND report.

9. You wrote, “[Bush] is nominating strong, conservative judges to the judiciary.”

And then Bush leaves them hanging out to dry when the Marxists in the Democrat Party and the Media attack them with lies and innuendo. You call that honorable? And what about Harriet Myers? You call her conservative?

10. And what about the prescription drug give-away, a massive socialist program in the mold of LBJ that will further burden our posterity with even more massive debt? You call that honorable?

You see a pattern? First and foremost Bush’s agenda has been to get along with the Marxists (to set a new tone), even at the expense of his own staff, his supporters, the Republican Party, our constitution and the future of our free republic. But why?

Because Bush is a Marxist. He led us to believe he was Conservative, when in reality he only threw us a bone every now and then to placate us while he advanced his true agenda: Socialism.

I do believe it is okay to mention the mindset of blind followers to the mindset of those that followed Hitler.

O.K. I get it now. You don't think it's appropriate to compare Bush to Hitler, but you DO think it's both appropriate and apt to compare Bush supporters to Nazis.

Ooooooooooooo-kaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Let us ask everyone on the board what they think.

Hey everyone, is anyone willing to defend these two post? Hitler and Bush appearantley have a lot in common... and the people that support Bush are appearantely a lot like Nazis.

Tommy Dale: The Germans thought Adolph Hitler was a great leader, and they followed him. indylindy: Very great point. Also a perfect example of those that did question it, being silent until it was too late. History teaches us valuable lessons that we need to remember.

The Bush haters on the Right are going to call you a Bushbot.

If 43 helps flush our sovereignty down the toilet, do the items on that list matter?

FWIW, I think not.
