"He said he would tie a bag around the neck with duct tape," weight the body down and dump it into the ocean and "fish activity would eat away the neck and hands and the body would float up, no fingers, no teeth," making it impossible to identify, Brocchini said. He did not elaborate on how he learned of the conversation.
Ping to #76!!!
Where the devil are you??
Morning Dev. I still think that at some point here the DA is gonna come up swinging. I hope it's soon. I KNOW in my gut they have evidence or that would NEVER have charged a Death penalty case.
WOW -Can't get much bigger than that add can it??
Just as I opened this thread I heard that the prosecution just finished re-direct and Geragos is again cross-examining the detective.
This judge is starting to get on my nerves. First, that juror should have been gone, pronto. Not the drawn-out dilly-dallying this judge indulged in, in the face of obvious juror incompetence. Now allowing Geragos to go on and on. I hope he makes him get to the point. Plus, I am not impressed that he felt the need to clamp down on police defending one of their own.
Ah, I supposed others have noted already that the "excised" portion of the report had turned up in another report on the witness. I and others surmised as much. I just heard the televised report on MSNBC. Didn't stop punditry gone berserk last week. Idiots!
Wonder what Scott is doing?
---
I wonder if Snott and Grandeos have a brown suits on? I'll bet they are S*******.
Right on, I knew it would happen. !!!!!!!!
Expect more to come.
When we get into the real meat of the Prosescution, Geragos WILL fall apart and act like the A$$ he is!!
Yeah I saw that at the CTV boards...also saw a report that Jim Hammer said that Geragross is showing fear in the courtroom.
I hope the DA in his 'redirect' proves how Geragos can be in misinforming information from reports/evidence. But as this trial goes on, hope it gets better... No wonder the judge didn't want television into the court.....
Doesn't matter--though that would compound it. Just having your yellowpages open to "Defense Attorneys" on the night your wife has gone missing is an eyebrow raiser all by itself.
What a dunce. I wish someone would run it by Justin so we could get advance defense spin on it. I'm sure he could come up with some explanation.
I think the Judge NEEDS NOW to take strict control of the Courtroom AND SPECIFICALLY Geragos. He'll go on and on and on!
LOL - You said it. THAT guy was and is an absolute dolt. How he made it through the questioning in beyond me. Justin, the DOLT!!
you know, I would of thought that too, but 4 days of testimony? Aren't there a total of 200 witness to be called? What gives? Geragos is trying every nook and cranny and twist the plots to confuse the jurors. That is all he has.... more spin but only for those jurors...
lol One could only ope. I doubt that they have that much of their souls present. :-(
'Course, they DID say that Geragos is acting like a two year old. ;-)
Pinz
BEAR the Prosecution has cast a wide net in an abundance of caution. They likely won't call half their witness list but they need to make sure they cover every angle that could come up BEFORE they submit their list.
Since it's SCOTT'S GUN it should be interesting. We'll have to see how far Geragos stretches each witness out before the Judge makes him get "to the point"!! He can only let his rambling go on for so long.
Wow- Judge told Grandeos to "ZIP IT"
I trying to imagine Grandeos Objections: OBJECTION, OBJECTION, I OBJECT, OBJECTIONS HELP OBJE TIONS..
WOW- what happened to 'objections overruled'... ZIP IT- I wonder if he looked down-- LMAO
