Good Lord, will the twists and turns never end. I was on Websleuths today but decided to skip the thread on Kim.
I didn't read it quite that way. It says with anyone else who is receiving payment such as a hired TV anchor???? Maybe I'm wrong but they didn't seem to think so on WS.

He's not to discuss anything conerning the trial with anyone receiving payment. All these CTV anchors are paid people and they are having him on their shows to discuss the trial!!
I missed what Greta said about MG having a basis for a mistrial with the bombshell today. Did you happen to catch her reasoning?
I am watching Greta...she even suggested Geragos ask for a mistrial because the body diposal story is so prejudicial because it draws such a perfect picture of what happened to the body of Laci the jurors have viewed.... and the bell can't be unrung, even though it was pointed out that Broncchini did not find the tip credible.
Said the two lawyers had to be admonished by judge as they were so heated and acting like schoolboys.
They are complaining about Scott's co worker's testimony about discussion of sexual positions that he found so distasteful he left the table when they were dining...
Want them to get off the "Scott is a cad obsession"...We have yet to see why it could be relevent.
Seems the prosecutor was on fire today but they still criticize the nitty griity he is putting in.
All in all...I say Geragos opened a door and it came back to hit him in the face hard.

Thanks much. I knew she was upset that the hearsay testimony included 'duct tape' but didn't understand the basis for a mistrial. I'm not mistaken didn't the Judge allow it in?
I read up the thread that he informed Geragos about opening the door...but Geragos could demand a hearing behind closed doors and still ask...probably will to preserve the record for appeal...
I forgot to add in my review that Feiger thinks neither the Laci at the warehouse witness nor the buddy he told about body disposal will be asked to testify....(just reporting..not deciding on my part!)
I agree with Feiger. This so called witness of Laci IN Scotts warehouse has turned out to be a big ppfffffffffffftt!!
I hope when Shawn Sibley testifies that she states that "Peterson" gave her the creeps as was reported in a NE article I think. Or it may have been a TV show. In any event it was reported that she didn't like him much.

peeling away layer by layer, the REAL Scott Peterson is being exposed and it isn't pretty!! He's a horrible man.
