That's hilarious!! I think you sort of captioned it right, OJECTION, I SAID OBJECTION, YOU HEAR ME OBJECTION - ZIP IT!!
Nancy Grace just reported a "friend of SP's" as far back as 1995 had told him that the best way to dispose of a body is wrap it in ducttape and put it in salt water and let nature take it's work.. or something to that effect.
"He said he would tie a bag around the neck with duct tape," weight the body down and dump it into the ocean and "fish activity would eat away the neck and hands and the body would float up, no fingers, no teeth," making it impossible to identify, Brocchini said. He did not elaborate on how he learned of the conversation.

I can't get the article to come up but it's good enough for me. I will wager that "his friend" is ON the witness list. Distaso is too thorough to leave him off. It's very obvious that Scott Peterson has NO men friends. Laci's has friends from grade 3.

Eerie photos released at Scott Peterson's trial yesterday show that the night he reported his wife, Laci, missing, cops found a phone book on his kitchen counter opened to a full-page ad for a defense lawyer.
Prosecutors are banking on the startling snapshot and a slew of others taken by investigators first on the scene at the couple's Modesto home on Christmas Eve 2002 to help nail Peterson for the murders of his pregnant wife, Laci, and their unborn son.
Peterson was and is pretty cocky. I just wonder if a couple of the other "never been found co-eds"????? Could he have done this before??? He doesn't seem to take kindly to people who cramp his style.
I hope so... sometimes, ....it just gets so disturbing listening to the pundit heads, and reading the news online headline titles, and how the journalists write the stories! As if they are the experts!
Crumb, I keep getting "page not available"!! I'll try abc.
Was this "Body Disposal" converstion a few years ago or several. I wonder if Snott and Laci were married when this conversation took place.. What year did Snott and Laci get married? Does anyone know?
I believe they would have been dating in 1995. I think they had been married 5 years. So I guess they married in 1997. But remember the co-eds that went missing from the same schools that Peterson was in and he refused to come in for interviews. In fact in Arizona, he LEFT the school and came back to California PRONTO!
>>disastro done with the detective. Next up is the gun expert to testify about the gun....this sounds either boring or very interesting.<<
Last week Beth Karas said there was nothing on the gun, but if they are calling a gun expert, maybe she was wrong??!!Here's hoping!!
Conversation was in 1995. They were friends in college according to CTV.
Nancy Grace said the comment was made back in 1995.
Who would even think of how to dispose of a body....unless you have done it or plan on doing it one day.
sis I remember when Distaso gave his opening statement he showed the Jury a picture of the gun several times and said that he would be "getting back to that" and that they were make note of the gun. There is something to it. What if Peterson (this has stuck in my mind for a long time) had her body hanging over the end of the pier or the boat or whatever and he shot her in the head??? I'm wondering if Laci was only drugged. What a grotesque thought.
I'd like to see a LOT Of bombshells today to wipe that grin off Markie's face -- not to mention Janey!
I know didn't that Janey make you want to hurl - "it's way past not guilty, Scott needs his life back"!! EXCUSE ME YOU HONKING BULLMOOSE, Laci wouldn't mind having her life back either.!!
rapid succession of bombshells would be nice. Unfortunately, most trials don't go that way. HOWEVER, Distaso, now that he's laid a solid foundation and locked in the timeline, could put one after another on.
Listen, CO, Geragos didn't recross Bocchini.......so that must mean that he has NOTHING on the "omitted" witness, O'Donnel, and NOTHING on the witness to Scott's tale about the bay.
Hmmm.....
