We should be fighting CFR not this film. Where are their princples? What happened with Congress, and what was it thinking with this mindless legislation? I can't believe what this nation's and my own state's "legislators" do. To paraphrase Mark Twain, no man's property or freedom is safe while the legislature is in session!

The Democrats foisted this on us and they should see the price.

This film will not last commercially long enough to run into the McCain-Feingold restrictions.

Micky Moore's film is just one moore example of how the Dems try to get America to vote for ANY candidate they put forth. Lies, deception, revisionist history, plenty of Big Macs and a whole lot of "useful idiots"...the original Moore game plan.

"The film will not last..."

Exactly. The less we say about it the better. Otherwise people will go to see it just to find out what the hype is all about.

Maybe now they will see CFR for what it is - our first amendment rights being stolen by an increasingly repressive government.

Banned after July 30? That's helpful, considering the movie will have long since bombed by then.

What will Michael Moore's Al Quaeda friends think? They will be so disappointed.

Now, if the feds can prosecute Moore's movie and get him tied up spending a bunch of money, I think we can kinda kill two birds here with one stone.

We want CFR overturned and all it's ridiculous prohibitions. What better way than to have the libs do it and make them pay for the doing of it.

I refuse to lower myself to their level. Censorship is wrong, no matter how close to an election it is. Besides, I think this film is going to have a strongly pro-Bush impact. Intelligent people will understand and make a choice. I have faith in Americans to make up their minds on their own. In fact, that is the abomination of CFR. It assumes that people can't think for themselves.

Proof positive that CFR was a major assault on the 1st. I'm very dissappointed that it was signed into law, I wonder if GWB signed it with the expectation that the court would squash the law......

We can prove to the center that we are the choice for freedom by fighting censorship of their trojan horse. Fling it open! Let's see the sharp edges of their spears. BRING IT ON!!!!

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what happened. Of course, it didn't work out that way.

Proof positive of why it's important to put principles above political expediency.

***Intelligent people will understand and make a choice***

I wish you were right. But how intelligent do you think the average voter is? This country elected Jimmy Carter and it elected Clintoon TWICE.

what makes advertising less wrong between june 24 and july 30?

Movies in general only last two weeks, this is pointless.

Spiderman 2 opens next week. Moore's garbage will last a week at best in the mainline theaters. No one but the "true believers" will be going to see his crockumentary.
