Said- so far Snott not guilt says so far Distaso hasn't made any reasonable argument for his guilt..
This is why he was dismissed:

Judge better address/admonish the Jury again. They are not supposed to be talking about the case with each other or ANYONE till they are in deliberations!!!

If today you would have to make a decision - innocent, they haven't shown us anything yet. What about his golfing, so was RON. You have to put yourself in his shoes. The last thing you are thinking about is where you were all day. Not one of things you are thinking about. I would be pissed too, find my wife.
We can be darned glad this guy is gone!
