Oh well, a look through the database at IraqBodyCount.net is educational.
It shows beyond doubt that a vast majority of civilian deaths in Iraq since the war started are either the results of attacks against coalition troops, or don't involve them at all. As far as I know, no one is claiming that the U.S. uses suicide car bombs, roadside bombs or RPGs to kill people.
In other words, Iraqi and foreign "militants" are slaughtering thousands of Iraqi civilians, as they attempt to attack coalition forces, assassinate their fellow Iraqis, and sometimes for no apparent reason at all. And that's worth knowing.
I strongly recommend checking out IraqBodyCount.net, because the truth is on our side.

How can anyone tell if there are indigenous civilians being killed?
The only time our enemy wears military garb is when they are dressing up for the camera to behead kidnapped, unarmed, bound, foreign civilians.
Don't get me wrong, I know quite well it's an anti-American propaganda site. My point is that the data they publish shows that "militants" are directly responsible for most of those deaths.
Of course, in the reasoning of Stalin's illegitimate great-grandchildren, when a "militant" blows up a car bomb in front of a grade school, it's still America's fault -- and All Bush's Fault(tm), of course.
Nonetheless, their own data demonstrates that we're not just going around killing civilians in Iraq. In fact, it paints a compelling picture of why we must finish the job and destroy our enemies utterly.
And that's not at all a bad thing. :^)
