The Centcom source looks legit. I guess the Media are reliving their anti-military, anti-establishment, 60's mentality.
Ping.
Thanks.
Yeah, they made me sick, too. Pompous twits. 'Above it all', my @$$.
If 'greater love hath no man than this, that he lay down his life for his brother,' how much hatred does it take to watch your brother get killed, when you COULD stop it. Probably at no risk to yourself.
Twits.
Not the first time, remember this one.

U.S. Army troops lie on the ground near a burning Humvee vehicle following an attack in Baghdad, June 4, 2004. Four American troops appeared to have been wounded when a rocket attack destroyed their Humvee vehicle as it drove through eastern Baghdad on Friday, witnesses said. Witnesses said militants had fired a rocket-propelled grenade at the vehicle, employing one of the weapons of choice for insurgents fighting U.S. troops in Iraq (news - web sites). Please ping me if you find the names.
Tehcnically, they're ghouls, not goons.
Turnaboutis fair play. We should offer NO assistance to media in war zones. If they die, that is unfortunate, but not the military's job to protect them.
Absolutely. If they are "neutral" to the point of actually aiding the enemy, then they shouldn't expect protection.
The media is such a bunch of dogs i wouldn't be suprised if they were from Army times.
I think the entire normal media lies and sucks.
Any rumint on who the reporters were, or their nationality?
