And I thought somewhere we found out that the merengue episode was actually aired the PREVIOUS day?
I can imagine a great Vegas duet show with Charo and Henry Lee!
I heard somewhere that Scott researched tidal charts for the bay on his computer in early Dec. sometime, so he could have made the anchors earlier than we are thinking.
I hope the Prosecutor has a reciept for the bag of cement.
He would have needed 6 buckets to make all anchors at the same time. Did they find all the buckets?
from Livermore traveling Hwy 132 to Modesto, try about 45 mins to an hour on a "normal" traffic day... Not Dec 23/24
That I do not know.
Rb is a boat owner now....she may be able to give us an education.....
Thanks, kiddo.
Truth be known, I use this place for therapy some days......LOL.
I have a LOT of anger to vent, as you can probably see on some of the threads........LOL.
Yes. To get away with murder you are supposed to completely forget that for the past 24 hours you have been bleaching bloodstains and carting a dead body all over the state, dumping and cleaning up. Unfortunately, Scott couldn't quite manage that and remember to say "Have you seen Laci? She's not home right now and I thought she would be." But having the image of her lifeless pregnant body sinking under the tarp and cement anchors into the deep blue sea still fresh in his mind kind of threw him off a bit.
well, Scott had an extended cab or crew cab full size Ford p/u.... does well trailering.... depending on engine equiped! ;o) Vehicles towing must stay in the 2 slow lanes or slow lane on I580/I205....passing on Hwy 132 with a boat, is a little bit suicide! Single lane highway most of the way into Modesto from I580/I5 area.
Why six?
And I am sure I read....and posted on the thread yesterday that I read that no chains or anything to attach the anchor to the boat with was found in that boat. And no anchor.
He might have made the anchors the lazy way. Using the handle of the bucket to tie off to. In that case, the bucket goes with the anchor.
Puuuuhhhhlease, no need to insult pigs! LOL
Bless you, Howlin, I think of how you lost your son all the time. I agree: it would be worse not to have your child alive. However, I suppose the guilt factor at raising a murderer would feel pretty scummy. But not as gut wrenching as losing an innocent child.
A couple of years ago, I was deeply involved in forum wars, here and over at Court TV, about a trial where the defense attorney was praised to the skies and the prosecutors were continually slammed.
There were times when I thought that Nancy Grace and cyncooper and Bunny and I were the only people who could see through the defense tricks.
Fortunately, I was wrong. The jury saw right through it, and delivered a guilty verdict.
not really... Just got a cuddy cabin Bayliner Capri 2250 last year, and finally trying it out this summer...Each weekend a different water way..>Last weekned was TOPS! Port of Stockton and rode all the way out to Antioch..San Joaquin/Delta. Benica/Concord area... East Bay.... Loved it, only the sun got to me again... Bigger boats thought they ruled (Regal, Formula), until the Sheriff came with "lights on" chasing the unruley ones... The Lost Isle and Tiki Lagoon resorts... A younger crowd or single crowds resort for funtime on the fast lane... Hubby wanted to leave... I wanted to be a lookie lu.....LOL>...
We still are CO detectorless, Howlin, because we have our windows open 24/7 even in winter. Everyone who cannot leave windows open, though, listen to Howlin and GET DETECTORS.
