I was there on pizza day. Met some wonderful people. It was busier than a beehive crossed with santa's workshop: dynamic! It was an ecstatic experience and will bring memorable joy to every recipient, the pause that refreshes. Anything we can do to help our soldiers through the day and through the deployment.
I was there from 10:00 to 2:00. My job was helping people bring in new donations from their cars. I was one of the two guys standing under the tent by the front entrance.
I only posted about half of the pictures here, but I sent the rest of the pictures to Carolyn a few days ago; now they're all in Op. Gratitude's website, if you want to see them just go to the site and click on "gallery".
