that's just down the road from here, less than a half mile. there must be something going on around there because that's across the underpass and across the street from where a burglar got shot whilst trying to rob a place. Wonder if there's a connection?

if the Norwich PD is in charge, I'd not hold out much hope. I've seen these guys in action. the State Police are another situation entirely.
