there appears to be a decay factor you left out of your formula... probably has something to do with lots of BBQ, munchies and beverage :o)
Brain decay......worsens on Sundays.
LOL Flash had a shopping cart.
Stickum only helps in the turns. They had Acceleratum which is good in the straights.
not to worry, purely business.
makin bacon...
was a great race yesterday, see y'all next week
time to do a turn and burn, both ways.
Later
Be careful out there, bro.
The greasy side down, shiny side up.
Gotcher Dover picks?
The weather was VERY hot and humid, thank goodness for air conditioning in the RV. In the RV area, there were hundreds and hundreds of American flags flying high in the great breezes, it was a wonderful sight. EVERY PERSON we spoke with also remarked how wonderful the flags were. There is NO WAY that John Effin' Kerry could EVER EVER appear at a NASCAR event and not get 'effin boo'd all the way back to Taxachusetts Gay Colony.
The qaulifying etc. was very exciting with the buildup to JJ's single lap run for a new track record. There were THREE track records made and broken, by Gordon and Ryan as well. The place went NUTS when JJ topped 197mph at Charlotte for the first time ever...
Busch race was very cool, instead of sitting up under the condos for the start, my buddy and I hung down on the very front seats, just 20 feet from the wall...they came thundering down to the start finish line and my buddy, his FIRST BIG race, was grinning from ear to ear!!
The CUP race was a huge let down, since 24, 25 and 48 had qualified so well, we expected them to race just as well...after 5 laps, well you ALL KNOW What happened...it was really embarassing...
All in all, the 600 was great fun, we met some super people in the RV area and at the track...the girls were..well, let's just say it was a HOT DAY!!! and leave it at that.
The pics below are large files, sorry, I took all pics in a larger, denser format for cropping etc later on...but these are just a few. My favorite is the Goodyear blimp over the track, you can get an idea of how large the place is...
Next year, we're doing RICHMOND in September, so if any of you have any contacts for tickets to all three races, I'd appreciate it.

WCG Ping a Radio!
You should have heard JJ's team on the radio...all night long just pushing him on and not letting him freak out.
NOBODY could believe what was going on, they just kept saying they could not make any more adjustments to get their cars to move like JJ's...
G
Those are grrrrrrrreat pictures!! Thanks for sharing them with us. I'm jealous. :-P
Listening to the radio's is a lot of fun. Tony Eury Jr told Jr something about the 48 and Jr responded "well you're the only one here who thinks he can beat the 48"!!! Then he said "It's a tough day at the office out here"!!!!
GRRRRReat job GRRRRR. Love the photos. My team came up a little short Sunday. Just a little...
Thanks for posting the shots,, , looks and sounds like you had a great time..
