I remember a funny article in one of the guitar magazines a few years ago, about the most-played songs in music stores when people try guitars. Of course "Smoke On The Water" and "Stairway To Heaven" were up there...but one store owner said he shuddered every time a female asked to see a blue acoustic guitar, because he knew she would start playing a Jewel song, usually very badly.

Witnesses said Jewel went on a tirade of insults from poking fun at fat people to others with no teeth. At one point, she asked the audience to yell requests and then told them to "shut the hell up." "Hey... waaaaaiiiiiit a minute here, Marge! That ain't Jewel up on stage, there... it's Don Rickles, in a DRESS -- !" :)
