Repair the mosque and you are weak and ready to be conqured. Break the mosque and you are the enemy of islam and must be conqured. The only thing they really understand is if you totally flatten the mosque, burn the city, put the citizens' heads on pikes and tell the other cities not to make us do that to them.

Probably a good idea from the 'hearts and minds' standpoint - most Moslems want a quiet life, despite the bloodthirsty ravings of some of the posters on this thread - but I wonder about the First Amendment aspects of this.

One would think that it is illegal to spend federal dollars on rebuilding a house of worship. Separation of church and state and all that.
Our time would be better spent converting them to the one true religion than helping to rebuild their satanic mosques.
