Whereas UN Secretary-General, Kofi Annan, whose son, Kojo, worked for Cotecna, is now adopting a constructionist view of the contract disclosure clauses, the OIP was decidedly generous with Cotecna when it came to pecuniary and operating clauses. Oh, what a tangled web we weave! You didn't know, right Kofi? Yet the OIP, which you definitely knew about, was "decidedly generous with Cotecna," a company for whom your son worked. I'm sure that this was just a mere oversight on your part, right?

Catherine Jean Lopez of the Wall Street Journal has been covering this story a long time.
During her appearance on the Hugh Hewitt Show last week, she mentioned that the
"Mineweb" site crashed at about the time this article was to go up...
