Kenneth Lynn Norris of Yukon, Okla., for a 1993 conviction for illegal disposal of hazardous waste.

Specifically, he dropped Michael Moore off on his way to work.

hmmmmm.....that lady with the 240 got a little help ....better late than never.

W should pardon all folks with second amendment loss who are not currently in jail or on parole or probation....the way the original laws intended.

I better bookmark that link to the "US Department of Justice Pardon Attorney" in case of future need. :-)

Personally, I wouldn't pardon anyone unless I could be convinced that justice was misapplied. I certainly wouldn't use it as a way to help any cronies. If you did the crime, do the time.

Well since we don't allow for expungement for good behavior the pardon system is the only real way of getting your record clear of crime that follows you for the rest of your life. And prevents you in many cases from getting a decent job.

If you live clean for so many years after your crime your rights should be restored and your record should be expunged. And this should be the law of the land except for maybe the very worst of crimes.
