To add a serious note to this conversation... well as serious as it can get at least.. When I worked on F/A-18 in California, our barracks was right under the flight path for the runways at the airfield, and if a fighter came in with their radar still pumping out full frequency or a jammer left on or mis tuned. it would play havoc with all electronics that were operating. In fact there was a squadron that had to replace a few of the TV's in the barracks because the had a flight of three all come in with there jammers going and fried a few sets.

That's what happens when they make a change in the matrix, Mr. Anderson.

They didn't let us 7-year-olds into Rush concerts back then...

Saw 'em on Hold Your Fire tour, though. That was fun!

We had an EA-6B at the MCAS Beaufort visiting aircraft line inadevertently switch a jammer to radiate in 1987.

Lights go out in my hangar. When they come back up, EVERY single frickin' computer in the hangar was hosed.

Unless it's HAARP...

Naah. Here's the real story. It's J.Lo's fault.

JLo is regarded to many to have attractive gluteal characteristics.

People are getting butt implants to look more like J.Lo.

"Buttock implants are very soft, SOLID SILICONE"

Silicone is made from silicon.

Silicon is a piezoelectric substance, meaning that it generates electricity when compressed.

Radio waves are generated from electrical discharges.

So my theory is this: now that schools are getting out, there are a lot of implanted buttockseses (buttoces?) slapping around on FL and GA beaches. The static discharges must be enormous.....

I think I was 9 or 10 when I first saw them live. I've been to 6 of their concerts and they always put on a good show. I haven't kept track of them in the past 5 years.
