THIS MUST GET OUT. It appears that the Clearwater Bar Luncheon yielded the beginning of minions for Greer assault on Judicial Candidate Jan Govan. The St. Pete Times wrote a story about "nothing" to smear Jan Govan. We now also have a photo of Jan Govan. I'll scan that in later.

Ping to #14 for St. Pete Times link. The Greer attack machine imo's first meeting was during the Clearwater Bar Luncheon wherein Greer was given AWARDS FOR TRYING TO KILL TERRI, i.e. his "flag was flying high" (and that's not all imo)

Alan Gross is the first attorney to attack Jan Govan for Greer. Greer joins in. Greer doesn't want to lose his job.

I'm sick of the status quo because somebody always ends up being killed by the State. GREER MUST GO and he's campaigning like Bill Clinton by triangulating. Shame on him!

It's mind boggling that the judges in Terri's case have all ruled for MS. In fact it's a crying shame! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read the statutes and figure out what's going on. If all the judges from Greer up can't read the statutes and see that Greer et al, aren't ruling in accordance with law then we're in big trouble. The public must be educated. If not then we'll end up with the same travesties over and over.
I read in the docs pertaining to Committee For Guardianship Monitoring that there are 36,000 to 40,000 active cases in Florida at any time. Wards of all age groups but the elder population in Florida is higher than any other state in the USA. There are some greedy relatives who may cash in on some inheritances early if these kind of rulings are allowed to continue.

Judge Greer is or at least last fall "was" ON the Guardianship Monitoring Committee. They aren't going to eat their own. I have their phone number somewhere. If you'd like to find out why they haven't monitored George Greer, PLAY DUMB, (lol hard for you probably).
