Thanks for the heads up!
I like the A2 .308 and for $1800 it is not a bad price. I currently have a Remington 700 VS in .308 that is a real tack driver. Might just sell it though. I don't need that kind of accuracy for hunting here in Colorado. If it is over 200 yrds it is often unreachable due to terrain or unsafe to dress the deer at that location due to the slope.

If you like the A2 for the better sights, but don't care for the carry handle, check into the accessories page at Bushmaster's website for some very nice flip-up ghost-ring sights that mount on a A3 flattop.

"We can say unequivocally that we've never seen a product line as broad when it comes to assault weapons and military guns as Vulcan's," she said. "Usually, they choose one or another area to focus on. I'm confused (a fairly normal state for me these days). I thought that "assault weapons", were military "weapons of war". That being the main reason they needed banning. Now this gun grabber says they aren't?
