About 35 leftists gather in front of Rumsfeld's house.OK, so that's 35 Leftists plus 6 Freepers plus 30 law enforcement professionals plus 40 media droids. Multiply that by 2 just in case we missed counting anyone, and the media will be able to report "several hundred protesters" in tomorrow's news.
(Note: If it's a conservative event, we DIVIDE by two just in case we counted some people twice).

Below are the two photos on wire services that I referred to in my report.
tgslTakoma is the person in the first photo, whereas Bmwcyle is visible between the officer and the leftist Murphy in the second photo. Kristinn is right behind the officer and tgslTakoma is right behind the leftist, both FReepers being largely obscured from view.

The protestors gathered to demonstrate against the treatment of prisoners in Iraq and to demand Rumsfeld's resignation. Rumsfeld was in Iraq and did not see the protestors. REUTERS/Hans Ericsson

Officer Baez, left, of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitian Police Department, tells Gael Murphy, a protester against Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, to stay away from the pro-Rumsfeld supporters near the secretary's house in Washington on Thursday, May 13, 2004. Protesters marched from Dupont Circle to Rumsfeld's house, demanding his resignation. (AP Photo/Stephen J. Boitano)

WHERE ARE YOUR BURKAS?One of our Freepers out here in CO - Fivetoes - used to serenade the Leftists across the street through his electronic bullhorn with, "My Burqa Lies Over The Ocean, My Burqa Lies Over The Sea ....."
That always cracked me up!

Just curious here: Is this Rummy's own personal, private house? Or is this a government house provided to every sec of def the same way the white house is provided to every president?
