As long as there are regular Army mixed in we're ok.
Germany 1976. We had a buck sergeant who would pimp other soldiers for his wife. He would then hide in the closet and watch and listen as his co-workers had a romp with her. Court martial and a discharge. We also had some serious problems with protitution with the female soldiers.
The unit suffered for years after. The core problem was simply poor leadership! One commander was relieved along with the first sergeant. That started to trun the trend around, but as I said, the unit suffered for years.
Seems more likely this guy made a deal to say what would get him the shortest sentence.
No Brigadier General can do an entirely incompetent job for long if the Major General up the line is doing his.
Why was he charged with Adultery?
In some states adultery is defined as any sexual activity between unmarried people.
