Couldn't find anything on the Web, yet, but Fox News just had someone on who was explaining that the new head of MI-6, who had been in charge of the WMD investigation by British Intelligence, found extensive documentation of people on Saddam's payroll...including two of Hans Blix's subordinates. Apparently Saddam knew exactly where all of Hans's blind spots were and shipped 408 of his nuclear scientists over to Libya, where Qaddafi supplied a hollow mountain (among other things).
When a videotape documenting the evidence was shown to Qaddafi, he folded...in part because the jig was up, in part because he wasn't going to be receiving any financing for those 408 highly-paid scientists living in his country.
Hope Chappaquiddick Ted chokes on this one...
Apparently W. got the intelligence in late 2001 and decided that we couldn't risk the Islamofascists going nuclear.
Hope this hits the MSM soon...at least enough print media to leave a trail of slime across the face of all the naysayers, from the Gray Lady to the Senate.

This is humongous news. Is this the October surprise 5 month's early?

More evidence that shows that Libya may still have WMD.

You were watching Eric Shawn's "Inside Scoop" segment with John Loftus. I videotaped it.

This is incredible. Will the NYT, WP and CNN or those nutty kids at CBS report this? NO. It will be a puff piece on how his majesty Blix was betrayed by underlings who were out to get him and were part of the VRWC.
To: SaudiDuck
Wow.
Now it all makes sense.
Wonder why Fox hasn't been reporting this all day - this is big news.

I believe that in 2002 Sharon was already saying that Libya was leading the race for the Arab bomb, and that Iraqi scientists were involved.
But I think Libya's nuke program was a sting organized with British intelligence - part of the price of coming in from the cold.

I heard this in Fox New this AM (missed church because of it). A man named Loftus was being interviewed about it. As far as I'm concerned this should have been the point of all the news broadcasts today, it's so important.
The UN and Hussein perpetrated a billion dollar embezzlement from the Iraqi and American people and the news medias says nothing.

Wow. May justice be done...

Remember that previously we knew that some of the inspectors had accepted Hussein's payoffs for providing inspection information to Iraq. Scott Ritter is thought to have been the person being blackmailed for a "compromising position".

Do you have a specific source link to the actual story? I can't find the rest of it at Fox.

Your link just links to the front page of FOX News. Obviously the lamestream media isn't going to report on this story while they continue their "There was no WMD in Iraq" drumbeat.
Had other things going on, including celebrating Mother's Day with my Mother and Grandmother, so unfortunately I didn't see the interview. I've known Blix had been in cahoots with Saddam. This revelation won't change my mind about Blix, the UN, or the media.
It's the media's duty to inform the public, not keep them in the dark.

This would certainly explain why Qadhafi was so eager to give up his WMD. Saddam left him holding the bag.
