After all of the cr@p that Rummy has had to put up with over the past couple of days, I want him to know that he is doing a great job as Secretary of Defense and he is now and always will be one of my favorite people in the George W. Bush Administration.

There are good days and there are rough days, and I want to let Secretary Rumsfeld know that I support him each and every day.

I'm not the most eloquent FReeper out there, but these are my sentiments.

I was just slumming over at DU. Apparently Rumsfeld did so well that even a lot of them admit it. One thread was titled "Rumsfeld Kicks Ass and Takes Names". Many agreed, and those that didn't sounded like they were trying to convince themselves he didn't do well. God, I love it!!!!

Today while being grilled Rumsfeld was asked if his resignation was the only way to stem the damage to this country this scandal was causing, would he resign.Rumsfeld answered yes.

Rumsfeld is more of a patriot than those Senators grilling him could ever dream of being.Here is a man who would put the good of his country ahead of his personal gain.

This is the type of people we need more of,not those who are out to win no matter what the cost to this country.
