The people at the very top know they will get theirs. If the last 10 years has taught us anything, its that there are plenty of people who would grab the chance to retire with great wealth at the expense of many others.

The upper class has long seen people as cattle to be used for their enrichment. And we now see how disposeable the cattle are. Even in time of war, they have no compunction about selling out fellow citizens in the name of greed. Our forefathers would be throwing a fit, if not a tea party by this point. And still we stand by and watch it happen as though it were surreal. The audacity of the times is astounding. The greed of the few is becoming the ruin of the many. If this isn't dealt with, the future of this country is worrisome.
