Notice that she and Brad are having a hard time having a child of their own. Perhaps she doesn't know that prying open a cervix with steel instruments increases the chance of miscarriage later on?

Back to the States: how can this cruelty go on? why hasn´t Congress changed the laws? Congress has tried. Michigan has tried to ban partial birth abortion 3 times. However, the major problem are the Federal Judges who overturn these laws.
This is one of the things referenced when conservative Americans talk about 'judicial activism' and left wing judges who decide the Constitution means something different than what it says.

Well, if those things occur here, our parliamentarians can just change the constitution. I guess, this is another advantage of a younger constitution. Our highest Judges can interprete the law, however, the Members of parliament and the "Senators" are free to overturn their deicisions - and that´s a good thing!
I´m sorry for your abortion rules.
