OK, ((( Group hug ))). I don't know about you all, but I really, really needed that. We each have a special unique place to fill for Terri.

After meeting Terri's family, seeing what wonderfully nice folks they are and thinking what a blessing it would be to be part of their family, I have come to agree with you -- that this is active, intentional
malevolence.
Definition: 1. [n] the quality of threatening evil
2. [n] wishing evil to others
Synonyms: malevolency, malice, malignity
Antonyms: benevolence
See Also: beastliness, bitchiness, cattiness, cruelness, cruelty, evil, evilness, harshness, hate, hatred, maleficence, malice, maliciousness, meanness, nastiness, spite, spite, spitefulness, spitefulness, vengefulness, venom, vindictiveness
cattiness, cruelness, cruelty, evil, evilness, harshness, malevolence, malignity, meanness, nastiness, spite, spitefulness. Webster's 1913 Dictionary.

Thanks, (((kimmie!))) Prayer bump for you and Jacob, too! -- for everything to go well for you all tomorrow. Tell Jacob we love him, that he's getting a big cyber (now there's a word for him!) hug, and is being lifted up in prayer.

"And, of late, at Michael Schiavos request, despite the fiduciary obligation of the guardian to grow the account for Terris care, Judge Greer has ordered that Terris investments be liquidated, that the annual return be slashed, and that her money set aside to pay still more attorneys fees in order that Terris care would be paid for by Medicaid -- thats right, so that you and I can pay for her care while her money is used to put her to death. "Did we know this already? Well, I didn't -- though I know we were discussing why and how Medicaid was being used in hospice. And someone figured out the expected rate on investments in the 90's from what we knew MS had in mid '90's.
I wish I could remember who to ping that was in on that topic. . . again, this is news to me -- wonder when & how it came out?

They need to be reminded now and then that their own hands are bloody now too. How about wearing big red gloves and protesting Judge Greer et al? That would make a great visual & a great statement!
To: T'wit; cyn
Or how about a letter-writing campaign with a red-hands logo?
To: cyn
I laughed when I read what I posted. I meant what's happening with Teri today.

Thanks cyn...I hate it when I miss an article on Terri!!
My ping list brings me lots of pleasure. I get the chance to pray for lots of people. It also brings me lots of pain...It hurts when we loose a precious FReeper as we did last week!!

Pinging for an answer on the liquidation of assets and the placing of Terri on Medicaid. If memory serves, Terri's switch to Medicaid was announced in a press release by the Attorney from Hell, when the country was up in arms and flooding Governor Bush with pleas for help.
