No, Bill Clinton was very clear how he would handle international turnmoil, Mogadishu. Bill Clinton not only ran because he did not believe the US had any right to be there, he could not understand why we needed to go back and retrieve the bodies of our troops. Remember? It was a peacekeeping mission.....to him it was flower power and a little dope? He handled terrorism the same way, we had no right to infringe upon their beliefs, regardless of the fact that their design was death upon the US.
