Messy red stuff, you bet.
I believe many states have or have had loan repayment assistant plans in place for specific professions. It is supposed to get doctors working in rural areas and teachers into innercity and rural schools.
My mother did this in 1962.
I really want to know how he will put to work the people who major in things like fashion merchandising or hotel management.
