Religious folks of many stripes are often obsessed about the freedom of others to commit sins or acts their group doesn't approve of: movies, dancing, drinking, smoking, chewing tobacco, sex, magazines, pork, working on sunday, or saturday.

I doubt you would get a lower number from certain christian cults and restrictive sects.

Freedom, to many religious folks is considered tantamount to immorality... because it allows people to choose freely, and they believe that their brand of righteousness must be enforced on others at a federal level to limit free choice.

Islamists are the worst. They think they are God's tool to kill sinners, infidels, dhimmis and kufirs...

Freedom is their worst enemy. They believe as a primary tenet, the forced submission to allah... aka "peace."

With as many as 250,000 Muslims attending mosques in Detroit

It can't be that high, unless they are talking about the Detroit Metro Area instead of the City of Detroit.

Detroit has 920,000 people. It's at least 84% black, probably more. There's about 80,000 Mexicans and maybe about 100,000 Whites(and Arabs are usually considered White).

Even counting the black Muslims, I doubt it's that high. Even Dearborn is only "1/3" Muslim.

Also, if it IS all the City of Detroit, then it's not a reliable swing block.
