This is not just Iraqi's fighting to get American out, Assad better be very very careful the next few days
To: Dubya's fan
I don't think it would be a good idea to reveal his location.

I checked the spot price on the black market for an AK-47 round this morning and it's 3-for-$1. It would seem the attackers are not being supplied locally. In that case this 'uprising' may wind down soon as their supplies run out -if the borders are kept secure.
Thanks to news of the Sadr arrest warrant and the Bloviator's rhetoric this attack seems to have kicked-off early. The Jihadis didn't even have any of their suicide bombers ready. Sistani and Badr want Sadr gone so we're doing their work for them while reducing the foreign Jihadis' military stockpiles.

Jim Miklaszewski talking to Imus:
Very somber mood at the Pentagon.
Not comparable to the initial successes of the NVA during Tet68, but getting close.
Fighting is as intense as at anytime during drive to Baghdad.
"One hell of a mess."

"my brother is trying to restore connection......"
Prayers lifted for your brother and all the men and women of the coalition. There is no doubt in my mind they are going to kick these bastards asses something good. These Islamonazi's made a big military blunder; a lot of them will not live to regret it.
We are fighting on two fronts; military and political. I have no doubt we will triumph on the ground in Iraq; however I fear that politically the Kerry/Kennedy/DNC political opportunists will turn this into another Vietnam debate. Their reckless words and actions will put very many civilians and military man and women in harms way. I hope Americans understand this is nothing like Vietnam.
In the sands of Iraq we our troops are now fighting terrorists who otherwise would be positioning themselves in other parts of the world to cause death and mayhem.
Iraq is now truly the front line on the WOT; failure is not an option.
May God be with our troops as they take the battle to the enemies of freedom.
