...on FR because many of us take it and use it for purposes of humor elsewhere, frequently on other mind-numbed robot-like knee-jerk liberal sites! Dang! I have been outed. You know that was classified. You will be hearing from the Justice Department and the IRS.

You're (FreeRebublic.com is) really doing the job if so many are scared about being referenced here. It proves the "MSM" know they are irrelevant. If they were relevant they'd welcome discussion and comments about (read that as political positions) of their articles.

Jim, if there are changes, additional publications added, do you add them to the HTML at the beginning?
I was sent a few things to post at the single thread & do NOT see the publication at the initial listing but want to make sure the additions might not have additional information.
I have this thread on my profile page for others to refer to also.
thanks!

Does that mean we can't ven link to them? Can one say "There is a great article on this at americanpolitics.com"? If so, can we post the link directly to the article? Or do they not even want to be referenced?

Have you responded in kind -- telling these bozoes that they are not to make any use of anything they see on FR? That definitely should be done.

You can always save the article on your computer instead of bookmarking. I wonder: What if it's posted at another bulletin board. Can we link to the thread on that board?

Well, what would happen if we linked to a liberal forum that had the article in question posted in its entirety? That would be amusing. I'm thinking that's what we need to do. :-)
Maybe we should sign in to some of those fora to post stuff, then bring it to the attention of the publications involved.
In the mantime, though, would it be permissible to say, "Hey. look what's on leftwing.com"?

Funny, another website where I'm a member has people posting messages all the time that contain the entire article from many of the sites that are whining about Free Republic. So far, there has not been any complaints from either paper and people continue to post the full articles.
Care to post what site that is?
What happens if we link to the thread there?

My concern, as it has been for a long time, is that we don't have complete individual articles to reference once they disappear from their web site. Print a copy and find a place to archive it and then yoou refer to the archive, even if it's only on your own computer (scanned.)
