Dean senses a money-making moment-- write a cruddy Bush-bashing book that only Bushophobes and Bush-haters will read. Feh.
To: Pokey78
Dean was on PBS last night being interviewed by a solemn fellow who seemed to agree deeply with everything Dean said. They were two of a kind. At one point the interviewer said "you know we're going to get mail now about 'Bush bashing', don't you". I can't recall the name of the show.
Dean claimed that his motives for writing his book were completely non-partison. He also said that the Valerie Plame thing was far worse than Watergate.

Not to mention "flexible," "pliable," even "prostitutional". Whatever happened to Mo? Is she coming out with a book? They seem so suited for each other.

When liberals discuss credibility they always come to the conslusion that all liberals are credible.
After all, I've yet to see many liberals "question" liberal political orthodoxy. For all of their talk of "dissent," they do not tolerate dissent within the Party.

Cheney is running a shadow government Assuming that the administration believes it is possible, although improbable, that AlQaeda could kill most of the higher administration officials in one fell swoop, then Cheney running a "shadow government" is a problem becuase?????
I think they'd be delinquent in their duty if they didn't.

I seem to remember after 9-11 we were told of a "shadow government" hidden away so there is duplicity. A way to ensure continuity in government in the event of a catastrophic attack. This was already made public, it never was some secret. This is just more lib bla bla bla.

"The real reason they were burgling the office was to undercover a DNC-sponsored prostitution ring."What do you expect will happen when you mix a bunch of fake liberal rich whiteboys with union leaders, gambling syndicates, minority community leaders, and foreign government sponsors.

John Wesley Dean.
This is the same John Dean who was in fact the "brains" behind Watergate.
The same Dean whose wife was connected to a prostitution ring.
The same Dean who, to keep that secret, arranged a break-in which brought down that same President.
The same Dean who, to save his own weaselly neck, ratted on everyone above him.
The same Dean who told serial lies to Congress, which the Rats there ate up like flies on sh**.
The same Dean who then set himself up as a liberal's hero.
The same Dean whose tell-all book about Watergate was roundly contradicted by all whom he wrote about.
This guy is the lowest of the low...a rat who also lied to protect himself, and because of his sleazy life, brought down an American government.
And NOW he has the chutzpah to claim he knows something about a President who wouldn't allow him to pick up after his dogs.

I cannot stand the man. He is a walking example of the kind of weaselly, ass-covering, backstabbing, ME-first snake that causes so much grief in our modern system of government.

From the sound of this, John Dean and Howard Dean must have been siamese twins sharing one brain and were each given one half when they were separated.

Mr Dean also claims that the administration's aggressive approach to rebels and mavericks -- i.e., CLINTON HOLDOVERS-- follows a Nixonian pattern, while being even more ruthless. Oh that this were so.

Oh yea, now I remember him. His wife's legs were truly world class. She must have really had a self-esteme problem to sleep with Deomcrats. He must have had a self-esteme problem to merry a prostitute.
