Having read some of the conditions for setting up a 527 organization, I'm sure I read that ads from a 527 CANNOT indicate a specific candidate. The MoveOn.org and MediaFund groups have both constructed ads using the name George W. Bush in them. I think that makes the ad totally illegal, and I can't understand why the FEC doesn't send them a little note and explain to them YOU CAN'T DO THAT! Nothing! Silence!
Good grief!

O'Reilly blew that "no connection" out of the water - the Kerry's receive about $4 mil a year from Teresa's holdings in the companies.

You may be thinking of Steve Rosenthal, ACT's exec. dir.

Good, also I wonder what our friend John McCain says about this.
