Another possibility - the Rats may be getting worried that the kangaroo court, thanks to Dickie Clarke, is being exposed to too many people as the slime-mining tool of the DNC that it really is. It should be critical of both administrations. the difference being that when bush was faced with an actual attack, he was able to demonstrate he had an effective plan. Clinton had a dozen chances.

The commission investigating the Sept. 11 attacks isn't getting a full picture of former President Clinton's terrorism policies because the Bush administration won't forward all of Clinton's records to the panel, a lawyer said.

This crock of $hit coming from an administration that screamed for Executive Privilege for even the toilet paper that flowed out of the White House.....
