This is a good decision -- although frankly a close one on the law. Who'd guess that the right to privacy would survive death and inhere in the family members?
Fact is, I grow very wearing of the conspiracy theorists who think V. Foster was killed. Gives conservatives a bad name.
He wasn't. Judge Starr even investigated the issue and found that he wasn't. Several police investigations concurred. The arguments I've seen for the coverup are silly ones that portray a lack of knowledge of the forensic of death scenes.
Vince Foster killed himself. Conspiracy theorists are silly on this one.
Although V. Foster's not a guy I agree with politically, I am happy that the Supreme Court has spared his family further suffering.
All nine justices of the Supreme Court, I might add.
Really, it is time to stop it with the conspiracy, guys.

Well the Supremes did a Jack Nickelson on Allan Favish.
Too bad. He wasted a lot of his own time on this and he should have seen what was coming at him. In the end the Establishment protected the Establishment. That's all it is. You don't have to know the law to predict Supreme Court votes. I don't and I'm 95% accurate. It is just another American political institution.
We will never know what happened to Vince Foster.
