Gotcha. I really don't see any shadow problems - and, the more I look at it, the harder I think it would be to photoshop it. The main thing is the way the guy is holding the sign - but if he was dumb enough to make this sign, then he probably was too stupid to tape a stick to the back so he could carry it easily above his head.

It's not. I was at that rally, and I have a pic of this guy too.OK, we have independent confirmation. Just didn't want to get burned by a doctored photo. As Doug Thompson once said (and then managed to subsequently forget), if you mother tells you she loves you, get it from a second source.
