They don't always get away. But we can't do counterbattery fire because they almost always fire from within neighborhoods. And they don't stick around long. It wouldn't have to be very long if you had an MLRS manned and ready, and tied into the FireFinder type radar. It would still be hard on the neighbors, who may not really have any choice in the matter.

You know, I am getting sick of this captioning, and the 'drum-beat' effect of this story: "Explosions in Baghdad". Explosions in a war zone simply are not news.
How about, 'Explosions heard in Central L.A.'? p''hhppt!
