When a college reporter like myself with no real journalistic sources can track down these people to interview them, which after this run of stories I likely can, it shows that a story is starting to get legs and is no longer just for the exceptional professional journo's with very high sources. I think this could go somewhere pretty soon (hopefully it will not mean Kerry will get knocked out of the race). The documents especially are just incredible. I am going to try to get Nicosia to fax them to me....I want to see them for myself.

Hopefully it means Kerry will not get knocked out of the PRIMARY race is what I mean. I think it would be much better to run against him than Edwards.

I just got this out on KABC in Los Angeles. The host, an attorney, was astounded, particularly because I told him there were redacted FBI documents placing him there.

How one single veteran of any war could vote for Kerry is a mystery. Or the married ones, either. After all, they have their families to consider.

Thank you for your service to our country sir. Do you mean that you as a veteran will do anything possible to thwart kerry?

>>>...[Al] Hubbard, the former executive director of Vietnam Veterans Against the War...who had been introduced on the NBC program as a decorated Air Force captain, was exposed for having exaggerated his military credentials. A separate news investigation revealed that there were no military records showing that Hubbard had either served in Vietnam or was injured there....<<<
These people are SICK! They DISGUST me! A bunch of no-good, side-winding, bottom feeding, lying lefties!! FOR SHAME!
Not one of MY beloved Vets will be voting for this POS!
Semper Fi and NEVER FORGET.

According to Amazon.com, Mr. Nicosia first published his now out of print book in April 2001. I have not read it and cannot say whether he makes specific reference to FBI files in the book or whether at the time this was something that he based on witness statements. However, a reading of the article which I commented on gives the impression that Mr. Nicosia was sought out by the media because he knows something about the VVM situation, having wrote the book on it, rather than because it contained any reference to FBI files. My impression upon careful reading, is Kerry's presence at the meeting as per the FBI files is something Mr. Nicosia has just recently alleged, rather than being a quote from a three year old book. His FBI support allegations seems to be more recently acquired. If I'm right, who then was the source for this material?
(And sheesh to you to)
To: finnigan2
You could be right he recently came across the files, but my reading was he acquired materials over the course of writing his tome.
At any rate, he seems pretty forthright and a direct question would probably elicit a direct answer.
It certainly would be interesting to nail down.

When it comes to up holding and defending the Constitution, this veteran will thwart kerry. Do you like snow boarders?
