Secretary of State-Bill Clinton?
Secretary of The Interior-Al Gore?
National Insecurity Advisor-Madeleine Albright?
Ambassador to The United Nations-Jimmie Karter?
Wow, how lucky could the USA get with a Kerry presidency?
And couldn't we just imagine Joe LIEberman debating Cheney? Joe couldn't debate Daffy Duck!

People don't pick a President based on who the running mate is. Even those Leftists who get exercised about Halliburton can't make Dick Cheney a lightning rod for their hate. He doesn't look like someone people take a visceral dislike to.

How about a spot for Dukakiss?
And another postition for Walter Mondale?

As secretary of state, how about Bill Clinton? For secretary of the interior, Al Gore. For national security advisor, Madeleine Albright. For secretary of labor, Gephardt. As secretary of the treasury, Robert Rubin and as defense secretary -- if Clark is the vice president -- McCain. How about former President Jimmy Carter as ambassador to the United Nations?
I'd head for the border with that line-up in place.

Cripes, if this lineup ever came to pass, we should just denotate all our nukes in place and get it over with quickly.

When will the Left learn? Pres. Bush said VP Cheney will be on the ticket. What part of "will be" do they not understand?

If he chooses Clark for vice president, he can name Edwards as attorney general, a wonderful replacement for John Ashcroft. Edwards would probably try to close the deficit by having the government sue itself for $500 billion.

The SF Chronicle is ignorant and partisan. This whole argument is moot because Kerry will not nominate anyone who will outshine him as VP. That means Edwards is out and so is about half the field. Look for a bland person from the south, southwest, or troubled democrat state like PA.

"It begins with the men on top of the ticket, George W. Bush and John Kerry...." And after mulling that over, the SF Examiner rapidly drops back to:

Like Bill (Greaseball) Richardson. He'll fit the mold. And what a great campaigner he would be.

I doubt that even the writer of this article believes anything he/she wrote. The cast of clowns mentioned are retreads from x42i and would garner zero cross over votes and more than likely with names like Ruben and Albright will alienate more Rats fed up with scandal.
The entire article is wishful thinking from the rainbow brigade.
