Good article. The Governator's success should send a message to the spineless Republican politicans in Washington. Stand firm, stand for what you believe in and the people will follow.

Arnie's doing a pretty good job. If he can pull California out of it's economic slump it'll mean great things for this country.

Good news. On the budget and business, it looks good. I'll mention my usual caution on his pro-abortion stance. All he has to do is keep his mouth shut about abortion and big tents, and we can live with it.

And since no Republican legislator would dare back a tax boost Schwarzenegger opposes, Democrats wouldn't get the two-thirds majority required to raise taxes anyway.

NO on 56!!!

Great FoR Now.. But, Save Some of the Glee for The Day After the General Election, November 2004 ...

Re-Elect Bush/Cheney and Toss the 'Rats Out!

Here in California, We Need to turn a Majority of the demRats Out of Office to make real progress in relieving more than just the Worker's Comp rate for businesses and to allow them to once again flourish.

'Til then, Don't Stop Putting the Pressure on ALL elected officals to represent the voters and taxpayers and NOT just Special Interests.

Hopefully some of that success can rebuild the GOP in that state. Cross fingers.

While I'm still pretty mad at Arnold for reintroducing that drivers license bill, I'm glad he's out supporting the troops.

Well, if Arnie has a good record underway as November comes around, hopefully some of that can rub off toward Bush. If the Rats have to defend California (and they cannot win without it), they'll waste scarce money and resources.

Too bad this great political start is wasted electorally for the Republicans. The only place Arnie can go from Sacramento is the Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna.

Schwarzenegger: the next Chancellerator of Austria.

"Yeah. Stand firm for illegal immigration and gay marriage. That'll show those spineless Republican pols!"

I cannot understand how he thinks he's going to help CA's economy recover if he keeps pushing GANG-GREEN pogroms of slapping a so-called "Conservancy" over the entire Sierra-Nevada mountain range to turn it all into nothing but a playground for the idle rich of the coastal metro-sexual counties of CA!!!

I want to support him, but I can't when he threatens the property rights of every land owner with this humongus GANG-GREEN LAND GRAB!!! This is a further slap at local government revenue and the productivity of every citizen in eastern CA!!!

The Sierran Region... Worth more than a playground for idle rich limosine Liberal EnvironMentalCases!!! We oughta secede from the coastal counties and become the SIERRA REPUBLIC!!!

I may alienate everyone on FR about this, but I can't stand for another totally unnecessary layer of unaccountable GOVERNMENT, preserving what private citizens value far more than the goof-balls pushing this Sierra Flub dream/nitemare!!!

If you don't believe me, read the Assembly Bill AB 2600 pending in the State Assembly right NOW! It has Arnold's blessing and is totally un-American in my view!!!

That reminds me, I need to call those bills to our lobbyists attention.

Why?

No one else is paying attention. They're still swooning over Schwarzenegger while he sells out the Sierras to what has replaced Commonism... Extreme, land grabbing EnvironMentalism to preserve suffocate American Free Enterprise with it's inate economic progress!!!
