John Kerry is brash and bold. Has no shame for spreading such lies and campaigning in such a way. He is trying to tear at GWBush's presidential dignity with guerrilla attacks and unfortunately I think this is working.
Team Kerry is trying to make GW into "an emperor with no clothes" Silence from the GOP and mealy mouth statements from them won't work against this punk.

This is getting serious folks. It would appear that the democrats see us as the enemy and not just the opposition. They seem to hold us in the kind of contempt reserved for the islamofascists.
Things are really bad. With attitudes like theirs, do you think that Kerry and company will hesitate to use their power to abuse us once they have the reigns of government?
It's as if we are the enemy to be destroyed by the ruling forces. It is getting scary. I don't think I've ever seen it this bad this early.

GWBush has a huge war chest to use on TV advertising to define Kerry negatively. This is Dick Morris's advice. Instead, Kerry is defining GW as the emperor with no clothes who can be attacked at will. If GW cannot fight off John Kerry then how can he fight the terrorists and defend the homeland? This is what John Kerry is trying to make people think.
John Kerry has little money left but is defining GW negatively rather than the other way around. Of course Kerry gets a free boost from the media which is worth millions upon millions

[Lunatic-left-wing] 'Liberalism' is a psychosis -- and Kerry's Psychopathological Projection Syndrome is an example of its defining symptom.

Just goes to show that money can't buy you class. His resorting to grade school playground tactics HAS to catch up with him. The Prez can't stoop to this level and I am assuming that he's going to let his troops do the gutter fighting for him so he stays above the fray. Only trouble with that is that the Prez obviously has a bigger stage than we do.He does have to address the attacks while remaining presidential....the debates, maybe? We'll never get the lowbrow Bush haters that this comment appeals to, but we DO have to capture/keep the thinking Americans that need to hear a response.

The problem is not that Bush is failing to fight back. He is responding, though he cannot overdo it. The problem is that the rest of the Republican party, especially governors and senators who have safe seats, are not reacting nearly strongly enough. I don't know whether they are keeping quiet because of an overall party strategy or because of their own weakness. But they have to add their voices.

I know negative campaigning works...but I hate it. It doesn't sway me at all (reverse effect) but it obviouly works with swing voters.
I would love to see a focused campaign on issues and records without all the dirt and spin. I know it won't happen. But that is what i would like to see.
(I would also like to see the nice guy finish in some position other than last.)

I agree with some posters elsewhere, that the Prez needs a gipper line like "There you go again". Kerry has no substance behind his, dare I say "crap", and I think a line like that might show his venom for exactly what it is. He's vicious and daring foolhardy, but I don't think he's smart or crafty enough to pull off a one-on-one with the Prez for another 8 months.

"There's been a pretty high level of Republican attack machine working for the last four years for the sole purpose of smearing the Democrats. We're trying to make this campaign about issues; Republicans are making it about attacks." That is the response from Kerry's campaign? Their candidate is caught dead to rights making a nasty personal attack like that and they sanctimoniously reply that they are the ones focusing on the "issues" while Republicans are "making it about attacks"??? And no reporter challenges this? It will be interesting to see if public perception of the media changes at all after this election...

"These guys are the most crooked, you know, lying group I've ever seen."
This is a misquote. It has been played about 20 times on Hugh Hewitt's show. Kerry actually said,"These guys are the most crooked, you know, lying group OF MOTHERS and...", as he lowered his voice further for the implied vulgarity.

Let Kerry immolate himself like Dean. This slanderous prick wins over no one with this behavior, and besides, the GOP's 'flip-flop' characterization is taking hold BIG TIME.
As tempting as it must be for Dubya to put his foot up Kerry's ass, it's smart to stay on the high road for now. The country will be utterly sick of this moron come November, just watch.
Reminder: In baseball, spring training is just underway. We'll have crowned the next world champion by the time the election is held.

John Kerry has little money left
In the 96 election, the democrats had to resort to buddist garage sales to raise a buck. You see, the evil rich Republicans had all the money. I'm sure someone will come to kerry's aid.

"Let me tell you, we've just begun to fight," Kerry snarled in a speech broadcast to Big Labor fat cats meeting in luxurious Bal Harbour, Fla. "We're going to keep pounding. These guys are the most crooked, you know, lying group I've ever seen. It's scary."'These guys' in your outrageous statement, Mr Kerry, must have names? If you fail to attach names to 'these guys', we will assume that this is just another of your empty statements where you engage your mouth before you engage your brain......

A.F.L.-C.I.O. Plans to Spend $44 Million to Unseat Bush
By STEVEN GREENHOUSE
Published: March 11, 2004
AL HARBOUR, Fla., March 10 The A.F.L.-C.I.O., long one of the biggest players in presidential politics, announced its most ambitious, most expensive campaign effort on Wednesday, a $44 million program aimed at unseating President Bush.
The labor federation plans to urge its 13 million members to vote for Senator John Kerry, the expected Democratic presidential nominee, and will make a special effort to focus on union members who are swing voters. Also for the first time, organized labor will seek to persuade and mobilize hundreds of thousands of nonunion members to vote for labor's preferred presidential candidate.
"America's unions are united for the biggest and earliest mobilization effort for the 2004 elections in the union movement's history," said John J. Sweeney, the federation's president............
