I was able to get the wedding cake clickable link to work, but it came up with a dialog asking for a username/password. Clicking OK w/ blank fields didn't work, but clicking Cancel brought me to the document.

When I look at the page, the error appears to be in the counter javascript code (after the <!-- CQ Counter code start --> comment).
If you look closely, when you open the page via the working link, the cq counter is on the page. On the link with the error, the counter is not there.
You may wish to contact
http://cqcounter.com/ for help.

I had no problem with either URL. I'm on DSL with wireless LAN. WINXP & IE 6.0.2800
Music is irritating.
The quiz to help you select a Presidential Candidate is very nice.

I looked at the source html of OSUrepublicans. It looks like all you're doing is setting it inside a frame.
On the frame set I saw a character I didn't recognize after the % sign. Could you have made a typo?

Of course (smacks head) counters can be url specific and since it's being loaded in a strange url it could throw it off. Dang. you're too smart for me.

The following FRAMESET is being used to pull content from http://orgs.okstate.edu/collegerep
< FRAMESET rows="100%,*" border=0 frameborder=0 framespacing=0 > < FRAME name=top src="http://orgs.okstate.edu/collegerep" noresize > < /FRAMESET > This is a not a well formed URI, and should have a / at the end.
http://orgs.okstate.edu/collegerep/ <== Like that
A lot of online theeves attempt to use FRAMESET to display false content with the familiar looking URI to trick people into giving them information. For this reason, many browers and/or firewalls don't allow frames. or only allow frames uppon request. Are you behind a firewall ?

Thanks! Georgia Freeper nailed it though!
It was the CQ Counter!
And it did have to do with the frames! So you were right as well!
CQ gave me two different sets of code. One with frames and one without.

You are welcome ... I was just taking a break from fixing some ASP code that I was working on and saw your problem.
I fight stuff like that all day.
To: GeorgiaFreeper
Now I remember. CQ gave me two different sets of codes.
One for frames and one without.

Re:
Is it ok? It is ! If I could offer a tip ?
All of the images in the "Pictures" section are BMP files.
They're Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge, and take forever and a day to load.
Open the images in PAINT.EXE, choose FILE, Save As, select the file type at JPG and they will be better.
