She is a third-year Harvard medical student who said she's taking time off from school to work on the campaign

Euphemism for I'm flunking out of med school so this gives me an excuse for bailing out.

A third year medical student is in their clinical (student)rotations, in addition to didactic work.

It's very tough to keep up when taking any time off.

Kerry's first wife suffered with depression. You don't dump your wife if she is suffering with depression. She needed emotional support. Got me thinking from reading WinterSoldier.com, VVAW provided psycological help to the Vietnam Veterans. I wonder how many were brainwashed into thinking they committed atrocities? Using the mentally ill as political pawns. That's real low!

Another socialist by way of Harvard - why am I not surprised?

And, like the apocryphal Harvard Man, one can always tell a Harvard woman; but you can't tell her much. Kerry's daughter seems to be busying herself proving the accuracy of the above.

Just for the record, Klintoon put an avowed Communist, Aristide, in power by force of arms.

Bush seems to have allowed Aristide's removal to occur and the Communism supporters in the Democratic Party are vilely vexed. Poor Dears!

The message is clear to all but the socialism impaired such as MS. Kerry and the Democrats - even Haitians won't live under a Communist.

I hear what you are saying - but - I would not give that kind of excuse for Kerry.

My gut says Kerry's wounds were self inflicted - at least 2 of the 3!

Here is another feeling I have.

If there had been dirt to find on President Bush, believe me, Ma Richards would have found it. There was nothing there and they all knew it - the dims and the media. This was done to tarnish and it is just dying down.

Kerry's records have to be demanded.

Which reminds me, wasn't there a fellow Navy man responding to Kerry's service record on FreeRepublic??

Makes you wonder. He was only there for four months. Probarly when he found out he was going into harms way...maybe he got depressed. Maybe his wounds were self-inflicted as you suggested. LT jg Kerry...a malinger? This would be embarrassing for his family who were so well-connected. Maybe the brass were forced to give Kerry his medals and a ticket home. Just a theory. We will not know unless he releases his medical record. We should sign that petition!

His former wife was battling serious depression, maybe that was enough of a reason.

It would also have to have been at the time of the decision to get married. You can't get an annulment if she developes it later on. Also, you have to have proof. However, with the Kerry/Kennedy connection to the diocese up there I don't think there would have been a problem unless his ex-wife made a stink. The Catholic church is pretty political. Additionally, there would have to be money involved. It's a long process that requires some cash to the Church before anything is done.

I don't believe he actually got an annulment.

It's interesting we're hearing different stories on this point. I found this:

Kerry and Thorne finalized their divorce in 1988. He requested an annulment of their marriage from the Catholic Church in 1995 after Thorne requested an increase in alimony, and eventually received the annulment from the Boston diocese despite Thorne’s vehement objections. Media reports at the time did not indicate the grounds on which Kerry sought to annul his marriage of 18 years, after it produced two children.

It was in a "gay" newspaper (The Blade) article about Kerry's flipflopping and disingenuity on homosexual marriage, link

Either way, and the truth will come out, Kerry is of low character.

"I believe this administration just helped overthrow, basically overthrow, a democratically elected president," Vanessa Kerry, 26, said during a campaign stop at Stony Brook University. "We basically, in our silence, allowed him to be deposed."

I guess stupid is genetic after all.

Sorry if I'm late with my reply.
Here's the petition to get Kerry to open his military records. The search was right under my nose!

Why should we have to petition for that information?

I heard the Hume/Cheney interview and Brit repeated how Kerry is all upset, whining and crying because his military heroism is in question. Cheney, being the man he is, said he did not question his service to our country.

But I do and it is the media responsibility to dig.!!!

I guess I just answered my own question!!!
