Glad you mentioned "Everybody." One of the wonderful forgotten oldies. From the same timeframe as "Hey Girl" and "Be My Baby" and "In My Room" and "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" and "Since I Fell For You" and others -- those last months before the Beatles blew everything away.

Well, I'm impressed -- none of this easy "Liberty Valence" or "Town Without Pity" stuff, but straight on to "Mecca" (think we'd try a different title today.) But Gene told me to remind you

but on the other hand, Gary said to tell you that you can
