Seems that anyone can go after Bush and his military record on any rumor. Only combat, Vietnam Vets are allowed to even discuss Kerry.

I have a feeling that John Kerrys' heroism is really nothing out of the ordinary for a soldier. Heroic yes, extrordinary no.

I only say this because of the stories my grandads old buddies told me about grandads actions during the battle of the bulge. He was twice wounded and deafened in one ear while running out into hostile fire to get guys who were wounded and pinned down in a crater.

Now that George W. Bush has released ALL of his records, maybe it's time we email the media outlets and demand they ask Kerry to release all of his records

"maybe it's time we email the media outlets and demand they ask Kerry to release all of his records"

It's way past time that we see those records. He is basing his campaign on these 'hidden' facts.

His word is not good enough. Our country is at war. We want to judge for ourselves if he is worthy to be CIC.

Many are to young to remember the trauma of our young men and women that returned from VN. I find it interesting that no one ever mentions the thousands of Vets treated for Vietnam syndrone. Which I partially blame the traitorus activities of the Fonda/Kerry/Hilliary types for compounding. To take a young man from the comforts of America and send them to fight a guerilla war against Commies, then have people on the national TV, before the Congress, giving radio broadcasts calling them baby killers etc etc. I lived in CA then , it was very difficult. For Kerry's buch to tout his PH's as some sort of vaccine against the Damage he did (et al)makes my blood boil.

Based on what Kerry got a Silver Star for, wouldn't just about any soldier commanding a tank in the Iraq War have earned a Silver Star? Or most infantrymen on the front line in any war? I mean, it seems as though fighting and firing at the enemy is pretty much standard operating procedure.

Don't ever be afraid to challenge democrats. They are never afraid to go after us, even for nonexistent "offenses." And their "outrage" almost always masks the fact they are dirty.

Your article was great & more to the truth than what Hanoi/ John has said. He is the one who brought up his stay in Vietnam, not President Bush. Every time he gets before a camera, he accuses the President or the republicans for bringing up his service record. My husband told me just how easy it was to get a purple heart as his commander in WWII wanted to give him one for a burn he got on his leg while he was serving in the South Pacific. I don't think Kerry has anything to brag about nor Max Cleland either. They make me sick, they are not heroes to me, THEY ARE BIG CRY BABIES.PERIOD

I was just on Laura Ingraham's radio show. I told Laura that I walked point for the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines in 1969 and 1970 and I told her that "Kerry is a bald faced liar!" There were no "mass atrocities" by Americans in Nam. Semper Fi, Kelly

I would sure like to read the Silver and/or Bronze star citations and who signed off on them.

SOP for democrats is to blame us for things that they are already doing, of even thinking of doing.
