I also forgot to mention one other thing. Don't know if you noticed or not, but one of the neat things about our Web site is the "Wiki" capability. If you're not familiar with Wiki, it's a way to edit a Web page "on the fly". Check out the Wiki Help pages for more info. It's a great way to keep your Web site up to date at minimal (as in "no") cost.
If I/we can be of any assistance, just let us know!

Thanks! I'm not familiar with Wiki. But I'll look into it.

One more thing - if you look into embedding any flash files, check out Swish - easy and killer app. Banner
here is in Swish. Swish is in the $100 range instead of Micromedia Flash for $400+. The site was done in NetObjects.

Thanks for the links. I've fallen behind the times when it comes to HTML and the like.
Now my only pleasure comes from hiding links where people are likely to ignore them.

Looks good to me - I always found for static html site it's easier to user an editor like dreamweaver from macromedia, it improves speed of information and is a good way of managing content. Unless you want to go the way of scripting (perl etc..) where you can dynamically upload content. This takes time to set up. The only thing I would warn against is too much 'technology" ie animated gifs flash, marquees, java applets as some of these are browser dependent and some need plugins - This can make your site heavy and some browsers may not load the information correctly. When I did this there was a site called webmonkey that was very helpful.

I have a script that takes away the underline in links.
Interested? :)

Linda...on your profile page, the blue isn't readable against the dark background. At least on my IE6.

Yeah, but that's mostly me checking the page to make sure that I didn't screw it up when updating. (I'd say there are less than 10 genuine hits on the page -- yours is the only one I know about.)
And, yes, I'd be interested in a script that removes the underlines. Talk about exclusive -- it'd be a blog so secret none could find it. (although after two weeks, it showed on google ... if you know what to search on.) (grin)
