The fate of Howard Dean reminds me of an episode of
The Simpsons. Either Krusty the Klown or Bart hit it big in Showbiz. Things were going great. Then, all of a sudden, it all ended and either Krusty or Bart were thrown out the back door of the studio and the door slammed shut on them. At this point Bart asked what happened and Krusty replied something along the lines of "That's what is known in Showbiz as being a 'has-been,' kid!"
Anybody else remember that episode? If so, refresh us with the details. Anyway, Dean had the equivalent of this "has-been" experience. He was enjoying what seemed to be a certain nomination and suddenly it all vanished as Dean entered the Land of the Has-Been.

Dean being nuts is news, but Kerry being a male nympho isn't?

Couldn't the title of this thread replace "Dean" with "Algore?" Even more so. I think Algore is even more wacky than Dean. Compare Dean's brief Scream to Algore's recent ANGRY long-lasting Primal Scream. A lot of pent up RAGE there.

Just like I have been saying all along, any American voter that votes for any Democrat is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Bin Laden and company are just praying for a Democrat victory. When that happens, it's slaughter the Americans time again. And, WHOPPEE!, no comeback from the Democrats other than to let Kofi Annan and France handle our security. You'll be sorry and muts if you vote Democrat!

I was watching Fox and Friends this morning and they interviewed one of the guys from the AFL-CIO and they mentioned this. He said that Dean was the one who harnessed the energy from the base.
Nice to know a nutcase was the driving force behind the Dem's attack.
