Sadly Cleland is so desperate for redemption for his defeat that he is willingly selling his soul for a lie.

This all reminds me of Bill Clinton, who always had to put himself in the midst of some life-altering event, even if he had to make it up on the spot.

Cleland's true heroism came after the war, when he went on to build a productive life for himself.
At least she has something nice to say rather than the earlier "he drops a grenade, har de har har!" title she had for the other column.

I believe she said much the same thing in her first article.

HooRah!
One gutsy lady. Libs/commies, hate the truth. Why do they continue to lie when some courageous people will point out the truth. I would almost suspect her life is in danger!
And Molly Ivens can eat a rock. That floosy old drunk has been in the bag for so long she wouldn't understand the truth if it spilled her bottle!

There was no "har de har har", the title was "Cleland drops a political grenade". Everybody else supplied the "har de har har".

Biggest balls I've ever seen (evidence of) on a skinny woman. One point being overlooked here is that Max Cleland is now an Ex-senator. His opinion is no more relevant than yours, mine, or any other private citizen's.

Is it a big wonder why Cleland wasn't quoted somewhere during the past week acknowleding this to refute?
A week full of questions about both GWB, and Kerry about their military records.
