It looks like this is Iran's version of the Texas City disaster.

The highschool boys who run Debka apparently flunked Geography. There is no railroad between Iran and Afghanistan and never has been.
Heh, sounds like those DUMBKA waves of bombers from the non-existent West Coast bomber bases that passed over Scotland on their way to bomb Syria several months ago, but, it seems, never arrived :-)
