Always like Koch when he was mayor of NYC. Never forget seeing him on an escalator while shopping with my mother and she said "Hello Mayor Koch" and he said his famous phrase "How Am I doing?". No big deal but he was always friendly.

But New York City was a total mess, during his administration, and that of David Dinkins.

I heard Koch say this on Hannity. It was great.

When it comes to Gore, I think Koch speaks for a lot more Dems than we know.

They were even making fun of Gore's rant on CNN.
